We Got You.

Do not do this alone.

When you hire The Bayas Firm, you’re hiring an experienced Lemon Law attorney to handle your case from start to finish. Leave the DIY to crafts, and hire an attorney that gets the manufacturer’s attention and the best outcome for your case.

Why do we do what we do?

It all Started with One

One client whose brand-new vehicle left her stranded going to and coming home from work regularly. One client who is a smart, capable, and well-spoken woman, but who wasn’t getting anywhere with the dealership or the manufacturer.

My client reminded me of myself. As a woman, especially a minority one, I was never taken seriously by car service professionals or dealerships. One dealership tried to double charge me extra financing charges. One dealer tried to trick me by doing funny math when buying my used vehicle. One service professional put water instead of windshield wiper fluid during an oil change which almost caused me to crash on the freeway when I tried to clean my windshield in a snow storm. The list goes on. And this experience is not unique just to me.

This is what drives the Firm to fight tirelessly for you. No one deserves to get taken advantage of and it happens all the time by car manufacturers and dealerships.

The manufacturer ended up repurchasing my client’s car, giving her the full purchase price (less reasonable use allowance), taxes, title, registration, and attorneys’ fees. After one year of frustrations, she happily received her check from the manufacturer and I had found my calling.

Meet the Team

Raina Bayas, Founder

My 16 years of legal experience prepared me to handle all aspects of my client’s cases. I started my legal career in Los Angeles in 2006 where I worked defending an airbag and seatbelt manufacturer against product liability lawsuits. I know the legal game these large manufacturers play because I used to play the same game. This behind-the-scenes knowledge informs my legal strategy when dealing with the manufacturer’s attorneys.

I’m also an experienced trial attorney, having prosecuted criminal cases for half a decade. Many attorneys, even litigators, spend very little time in a courtroom. For five years, I lived in the courtroom trying significant cases with serious consequences. I know how to win a trial.

I am prepared to build your case, tactfully negotiate a desirable resolution for you, and if negotiations fail, bring your case to trial. Let’s get started today.
